Speech Pathologist – Paediatric | Full-time or Part-time
Illawarra Region (1 hour south of Sydney)

Necessity Kids is a well-established paediatric therapy service supporting children with disabilities and other problems across the Illawarra. We provide high-quality, family-centred support in the home, clinic, school, and community settings. Our mission is to help children thrive through evidence-based, compassionate care.
We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Speech Pathologist to join our growing team – full-time and part-time opportunities available.
Essential Criteria
✔️ Bachelor or Masters in Speech Pathology
✔️ Registration with Speech Pathology Australia
✔️ Eligible for a Medicare provider number
✔️ Strong written and verbal communication skills
✔️ Valid driver’s licence and access to your own car
✔️ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔️ Solid knowledge in paediatric theory and intervention
✔️ Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
