Hi, I’m Adam — the founder of Necessity Kids and Necessity Health, but more importantly, a husband, a dad of four, and someone who’s deeply committed to creating real, lasting impact in the lives of children and families.

My journey started in healthcare as an osteopath, where I’ve spent nearly two decades helping people live better, more functional lives. But it wasn’t until I became a dad that the real fire was lit. Raising four kids has shaped not only how I view health but also how I lead teams, build services, and support families through complex challenges. I know firsthand how chaotic and beautiful the early years can be, and I wanted to create a space that truly supports families through it all.

That’s what Necessity Kids is about — not just therapy, but connection, clarity, and genuine care. Whether we’re delivering early intervention, offering support through key workers, or growing our team of incredible OTs, speechies, and Key Workers everything we do is grounded in real family life.

I'm obsessed with systems that make life easier (for both clients and clinicians), and I'm always thinking ahead — whether it’s building new services, supporting our team to thrive, or creating content that helps parents and carers feel more confident. I also believe in investing in people, which is why we focus so heavily on team culture, mentoring, and storytelling.

These days, I’ve stepped back from day-to-day clinical work so I can lead our growth with more intention, work on our bigger vision, and spend more time being a present dad and husband. But you’ll still see me around — sharing ideas, filming videos, and having way too much coffee while cheering on our incredible team.
