    Jenny is the Clinical Director of Necessity Kids, with years of experience in Paediatric Allied Health and Clinical Leadership. Her leadership and expertise help to ensure the highest quality care for our clients.

    Jenny oversees all our clinical services and direction, including programs, therapy models and quality assurance. She is passionate about providing effective intervention and is dedicated to ensuring the best possible care and support for clients and their families.

    Mel has had extensive experience in both child development and disability sectors. Leading the Key Worker team, Mel is an advocate for Early Childhood Intervention best practices and strives to ensure that the team meets the highest standards.

    When you arrive for your first session, Mel will be there to greet you and guide you through the intake process. She will carefully match your child and family with the right Key Worker, ensuring that you receive the best possible care and support.

    Senior Early Intervention Key Worker

    Jade is an experienced member of the Necessity Kids team who supervises our Allied Health Assistants (AHA) in our Early Intervention team. She has extensive knowledge in early childhood intervention and will closely work with your AHA to ensure the intervention plan aligns with your family's goals and best practices.

    Jade is committed to your child's success and will review and set goals with your family every school term. Her dedication and expertise make her a valuable member of the team, and she is sure to have a positive impact on your family's life.
